Reservation Guidelines - Clement Tours & Travel

Discount packages, tours, hotels, cruises, tours are nonrefundable.

All service charges are nonrefundable even if passengers decide not to travel or cancel any part of any type of reservation. These service charges are separate from any fees that may be assessed by the airline, cruise line, rail, hotels, etc.

For any Custom Tour, a nonrefundable research fee of minimum of $100.00 per person will apply in advance of any research. The research fee will vary according to the amount of research and work involved which we will determine. Payable by check only.

Payments accepted by cash and money orders. Personal checks accepted with tours and packages.

We need mailing address, daytime and nightime phone, cell phone, fax. Legal names required that must match government issued ID before any tickets can be issued.

Passport names required for International travel.

Credit cards accepted with legible copy of the front and back of the credit card, legible copy of Driver's License plus cardholder's signed Letter of Authorization to Clement Travel Service/Clement Tours & Travel to charge on the card.

Alternatively, clients can come into our office during normal business hours to plate the credit card with proper ID.

Checks are not accepted for last minute reservations.

Insurance, though not included, is always optional and is available anytime upon request.

All penalties apply per the airline, cruise line, hotel, tour or from any travel component. Change fees and cancellation penalties are greater on any type of discounted air, packages, hotels, cruises, etc.

A transaction/service charge is assessed per person for all travel except for our Orient Spectacular or Europe Spectacular Tours.
